哈市房产中介失信将记入诚信档案 设立红黑榜 本报讯(记者韩丽平)记者从哈尔滨市住房部门获悉,近日,该局下发了《关于进一步加强房地产经纪机构管理工作有关问题的通知》,要求哈市行政区域内的房地产经纪机构及其分支机构应在自领取营业执照之日起30日内到哈市房产行政主管部门申请备案。 据了解,《通知》要求,经备案的房产经纪机构及其分支机构的名称、住所、法定代表人(执行合伙人)或者负责人、注册资本、房地产经纪人员,以及备案、变 更、注销、撤销等情况,将通过房产行政主管部门门户网站向社会公示,为群众选择房地产经纪机构服务提供参考。同时,在房产经纪机构申请备案时,要提供本机 构所有从事经纪业务的人员信息(包括拥有执业资格的经纪人及其他从业人员),并进行实名登记。同时,房地产经纪机构及其分支机构应当在其经营场所醒目公示 包括营业执照和备案证明文件;服务项目、内容、标准;业务流程;收费项目、依据、标准;交易资金监管方式等内容。 此外,《通知》还要求完善房地产经纪机构和房地产经纪人员信用档案系统,设立诚信“红黑榜”。相关的主题文章:
